Standing on Equal Ground
The Skill Building Program at Equal Ground Community Gift Shop & Café provides a welcoming, inclusive environment where people with disability can build practical skills, confidence and independence through real-world workplace experiences.
Participants can develop skills in areas such as customer service, café operations, retail, communication and workplace routines, with support tailored to their individual abilities and goals.
Income generated through Equal Ground supports the ongoing delivery and sustainability of the program.
