Standing on Equal Ground
In 2020, I started Equal Ground Support Services with a simple vision.
I wanted to build something that genuinely changed lives.
I believed people living with disability deserved more than just support. They deserved opportunities. Opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence, develop independence and participate fully in their communities.
Over the past six years, that vision has grown into a trusted support service that has helped individuals and families achieve their goals while creating meaningful employment opportunities within our own organisation.
Today, Equal Ground proudly employs people across administration, information technology, community services and lawn maintenance, demonstrating our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to contribute, grow and succeed.
